Siddique Zobair

Senior Power Sector Policy and Advocacy Expert

Siddique Zobair was a Senior Secretary to the Government of Bangladesh with over 34 years of public service, including senior roles at the Sustainable and Renewable Energy Development Authority (SREDA) and was a Panel Expert at the Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources.

A key architect of Bangladesh's energy policy, Mr. Zobair contributed to landmark legislation including the Energy Regulatory Commission Act, Renewable Energy Policy, and Coal Policy. A University of Alberta petroleum management graduate, he founded Devpro Partners in 2022 to drive modern energy technologies toward greater security and sustainability.
