Siddique Zobair, a former Senior Secretary to the Government of Bangladesh, served over 34 years in public service, including senior roles at SREDA.

A key contributor to Bangladesh’s energy policy, he helped shape major legislation on energy regulation, renewable energy, and coal. A University of Alberta graduate, he founded Devpro Partners in 2022 to advance secure and sustainable energy technologies.
